Thanks for the gabbly gook from the SEC :) The SEC had this to say about trading.. These laws were designed to facilitate informed investment analyses and decisions by the investing public, primarily by ensuring adequate disclosure of material (significant) information. Conformance with federal securities laws and regulations does not imply merit. If information essential to informed investment analysis is properly disclosed, the Commission CANNOT bar the sale of securities which analysis may show to be of questionable value. It is the investor, not the Commission, who must make the ultimate judgment of the worth of securities offered for sale. So Huttoe pumped out all the shares - WRONG Huttoe and party lied to investors - WRONG New management comes in and says don't believe the press releases - RIGHT! New management comes in and says don't believe the financials - RIGHT! I would thing the Justice Department would go after a few individuals because of the extent of the crime?? Does it appear we have some type of product - MAYBE Does our current management have experience - DEFINATELY Is it the kind of Stack-em-up or Blow-em-up team we need - NO COMMENT Does SEXI file for bankruptcy protection? - DID IDID? Hey Jeff, I can't hear you? Let's use our $6,000 unit so we don't need to yell! :) Aloha
