Hi Skeeter, Without the $750 million MU would be in dire straits .... despite what Appleton said in the EBN article just posted by DJ, I continue to believe that the $750 is targeted first and foremost for Boise ... Italy and the JVs will be an afterthought ... and the $750 makes it likely that MU will survive this downturn ... of course, the deal still has to close ... regards, Mike
