Steve,
I took a chance and called Paul at the office, yes he is working this weekend, and read him Alice Bryant's post here. Paul said that the joint venture has been signed, that the projects are underway, and that if anybody wants verification to call him.
The production executives at BHF do not want to waste their time with the likes of Alice Bryant, but in the best interest of the Joint Venture will designate one from among themselves to answer relevant questions from shareholders only. These are busy people but they will settle this misinfomation matter once and for all. Call the company for the telephone number and the executives name. Formal announcements will be made in the Industry Trades when appropiate.
Paul does not know what to make of Alice Bryant, she is not a stockholder and the company records don't indicate that she has ever been a shareholder. She has has not contated the company since August and her previous contact, William J. Reininger, has not been associated since June.
Any reference to the SEC is her way to refer to a higher authority in a feeble attempt at gaining credibility. The SEC does not work that way.
Most likely Alice Bryant is a tool of the market makers who are short Tridon stock and she has been engaged for the purpose of erroding confidence in the company causing shareholders to sell at these low prices so they can cover their positions for huge profits. Alice Bryant is for sale, probably cheap. The quote on her AOL profile is, "Dirty deeds done dirt cheap".
By the way the film was great, I recomend seeing it.
