Todd, The question I have about these acquisitions is, how do you keep the talent? Software engineers can write their own tickets these days. What good are studios without the people. I imagine the key guys sign contracts and the stock options can't hurt...good projects/games are probably a key. Nothing that can't be dealt with. But hiring or talent is a critical task and expanding too rapidly might backfire??? Steve
