Tsk.. gonna have to give you a 7-foot-high "F" in comprehension. There aren't going to BE any '...meaningful oil cuts'. What we're witnessing is the USUAL bafflegab and posturing that ALWAYS comes from these playing-to-the-grandstands OPEC meetings whenever the price of oil falls to these levels. Now, go stand in the corner and write "I can't believe I've been snookered again" on the blackboard 100 times. $^)
