I received a call from Darren Seed on Tuesday who indicated that VSTM is now in its phase 2 market status and can be recommended by brokers. They are still lining up suppliers and distributors so no real news yet. I did mention that during Clinton's trip to China, he will be pushing telecommunications. This fits right in with Video Stream's previous announcement of partnering with a division of Rockwell in China.
