Thanks, maybe I shouldn't say this, but 43 doesn't feel old ! Yeh the knees aren't as strong, and building up some extra baggage around the middle. But I'm loving and living life to it's fullest. The cup is half full here, I just wish some of those with a half empty cup would realize life is to short to whine !
