LeeN, FYI and others re spinoffs: From May 14, 1998 release: "All LS Capital shareholders who own at least 50 LS Capital common shares as of March 31, 1998 will receive 1 share of JVWeb common shares and 4 JVWeb Class A Warrants, exercisable at $1.00 per share, for each 50 shares of LS common shares owned."
