Ken, TCI owns more than half of @Home. @Home will be using BAY cable modem technology: biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com Now, AT&T will own the majority stake in @Home. A guest expert on CNBC this morning stated that AT&T will be pouring tons of money into TCI to upgrade their high speed cable access network. This could be huge for BAY's cable modem business.
