Jas, I don't ever remember Bill claiming the company is a fraud. He has claimed the promotion of the stock was fraudulent and that it wasn't worth more than a dollar long term. This company is not going to last on it's own, no one needs to buy them or their technology. BTW, what was the other thread I saw you on claiming the shorters were wrong and you ending up eating carp? I would go back and look, but it's not really worth my time. Aren't you tired of being on the losing team. Come on over to the short side. I'm already up 7 points on this short and the margin vaule on this trade allowed me to make a killing on a few other lame ducks. dr.seuss.com
