Speaking of the SEC I have a phone number for them. 1 202 942 8088 If anyone would like to call the SEC here is the number. Ask for Mr. Zeccardi if you want to try calling him yourself. I Tried to place a call to him this morning and the operator took a message for him to return my call. I have not heard from him yet. I wanted to ask him to look into stock manipulation of DGIV.
