Robert, .815 is the number I've been using. I believe what you're seeing is margin for error that should narrow as time goes on. I haven't seen any speculation on when the merger will actually go down...only that it may take longer than ususal due to ALA being a foreign company. There are walkout clauses for DSC of ALA were to fall below $37 which it came close to recently. ALA was at 25 earlier this year. Does anyone have a feel for when this may happen? sf
