Obviously you can look on the Edgar DB - but they are agressively growing through acquisition. They have as one of their areas of interest decision support. I came across them because I had Medicus System holdings. I had choice of stock or cash. Because of the volatility of QMDC, I took cash. However I have continued to watch it. The most interesting deal is the most recent one with Pyramid quicken.com You will note the references to Monica Pappas and Nitin Mehta - the one who is more interesting is Bill Devitt (ex-SHL Systemhouse, ex-Andersen Consulting Partner (healthcare) and husband to Monica). Bill is behind the scenes driver. Pyramid is not home grown, is aggressive and has a good sense of technology. HIM outsourcing is a huge, fast growing business. I shall be watching this one closely.
