Gary...

Wouldn't calling an investors meeting to vote out the old BOD and put new members in be a good thing. I, at lease, think it would be a positive move. The FBI, SEC and who ever else wants to can still go on with their investigation. Our meeting won't make it any longer or shorter.

I am thinking that we are going to need a new BOD before anyone is going to be interested in MIDL as a shell anyway. I think it would show anyone looking at MIDL as a shell that they would sure have damn strong stockholders support if they were on the up & up.

I may be wrong but if I had a company and was looking at possibly merging with MIDL I wouldn't want to work with the present BOD. When a stock holder has to bring it to the attention of the company that someone on their Board of Directors is doing something illegal, I wouldn't have much faith in them protecting my interest. I think a meeting to retire the old BOD would be good. I never have liked the idea of a board of directors being made up entirely of people in the company. JMO If I'm wrong in my thinking please point it out.
