Hao Li: The whole sector is hurt. Things will get better. But I wouldn't average down until the dust clears. Could go up in the next day or so as some buy on these dips, but if there is a fundamental reason for this decline, then the price should remain depressed. If I had a lot of shares, then I would hesitate yet to average down. If I were not invested in the stock, then it could be a good starting point.
