iF YOUR ANALYSIS IS INDEED CORRECT REGARDING TGS 'S INABILITY TO CONIRM OR DENY THE 20% REVENUE DEALS THEN HE SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN TERMINATED BECAUSE AS I RECALL HE SOME TIME AGO BOASTED, IN WRITING,
HOW HE HAS GRACIOUSLY AND VOLUNTARILY HAS REDUCED % REVENUES
IN THE PAST from 30 TO AS LOW AS TWENTY FIVE-- (25%)--- because he is so considerate of his customers. Further I do believe he did also say
that he would only consider a 20% deal if it was part of a two year contract. Why don't you do your homework on an equal basis if you are so saintly. Do you really believe that TGS and Shaq would not have used that excuse long ago if it gave them an out. If your analysis is correct why should they not have already been terminated.
You are increasingly misapplying your virtuous philosophy-- so much so that I am begining to wonder who and what you really stand for. I thought it was very clear but it appears I could be sadly mistaken.
I look foward to your response on TRENDS status re whether or not trend should be terminated.
P.S. Why dont you spend some time and money calling around and see whether this " revenue sharing "secret" is really well known by a number of folks in the industry or not.
Good luck in your pursuit of rightiousness. Just pursue it for all --- not just some
