Anybody have any details on how the acquisition would be accomplished? I am unfamiliar with this type of purchase arrangement; is it customary for the acquiring company to pay for the facility over a period of time (possibly 1-3 years or some term matching the supply-back agreement) or would this be an all cash purchase or possibly include the assumption of debt? The last I saw, Dii had only $63 MM in cash and equivalents on their balance sheet.
