Hold on. There is a conference call scheduled by the CEO for today at 4:30PM. Call (212) 896-6007 to hear CEO's comments about yesterdays news release. RDL merger termination is a blow but with the stock price at 6 may already discounts that situation. What is important is for the CEO to clarify the situation about U.S. Customs investigation. It has already been reported on Yahoo board that ORFR violated export laws by shipping products to China via Israel. If true, what is the impact of this on the company's bottom line or its future business. Also anticipate the CEO to advise if earnings are still on target which is estimated at .79 per share for the year. We should know in a few hours.
