I think the management of RAIN has got their paws full of work right now to open as many as they do...and still keep the existing units operation profitable. That path of opening many and hoping for growth has led many a restaurant chain to fall on its tail.
If, and only if, they hired a few people from the majors, like Wendy's or McDonalds would I support more stores per year. I still think their staff is deficient up there in Minnesota in terms of quality and quantity of people. And, some 17% of sales in retail are Beanie Babies so their creativity is lacking there also.
