I reviewed the TVI annual report last night. I don't know. It seems that management believes in the company's prospects ... they are trying to keep the operations lean and clean and have recently purchased Echo 15% share, but what does the future really hold? Mining companies as so out of favor. Anyone around here averaging down? Thanks, Tim
