Anyone have any idea how big a contract this might be? TAVA is up on very little volume, but I wonder how impressed the market will be when this is described as a pilot project and no value to the contract is given. Now if this were the first of several contract announcements to be made very shortly, that would be different, but very unlike TAVA. :-)
