Tulvio.... I agree with you on this one. Until we see stotage dropping there will be no rise in crude price. Methinks OPEC is talking oil up(Ha!) until winter and hoping for la Nina effect to deplete storage and boost price up. traders have been burned three times this past 6 months by OPEC. The INCREASE last fall, the first cut and now this mealy mouthed second cut.
