ALL, I JUST HAD A WONDERFUL TALK WITH THE CFO and VP, John McGEE.

He embodies everything good I love about TPII. He was articulate, knowledgable, patient and very competent with every question I threw at him.

Even the possiblilty of postponing the Seattle and SF road show appearances makes sense, as why not wait until end of August when the Summer doldrums are over and the Y2K issue is being played up in the media. They already have had a series of amazing and consistent news releases over the last few weeks....every one of them...PROFAC, BEMER, etc. alone should have moved the stock near the $1.75 range and held it there. Combined with the exclusive Canandian and the British Commonwealth licensing of BEMER, and rights to sells into all of North America, stock should easily be above $2.00.

There is no question in my mind that this stock is at least 75 cents undervalued. $2.00 right now is the low end of Fair Market Value.

The game plan is excellent...get asssessment business and then lock up the repair and remediation. Profac is a killer deal and great for credibility, they have 2 beta sites for the Bemer project which covers the large mainframe market, and are diversified in the groupware, conversion, and Y2k markets. Buying more here....this is truly a value here.

TPII and ALYA are my favorite long term stocks with GNII and QTNT, just a step back
