just got investors package ... you stated shares issued on your May 28, 1998 comment that the company had 3,333,333 shares issued ... the Selected Consolidated Financial Information page states ... Number of shares outstanding - May 31st, 1998 (3 days later) Basic (CDN GAAP) 10,000,000 Fully Diluted (CND GAAP) 11,532,257
