hunter, Maybe Bates is more concerned if you are/were involved in any manipulation of the stock and not so much interested in your opinion of Paul Ebeling. After all, that's not what the suit was/is about. Just because millions of shares have been blown into the float does not mean the stock was not illegally shorted by market makers too. On the other hand I don't think they can prove anything against you if they cannot establish some link between you and those shorters. Don't come back and say penny stocks can't be shorted. We all know they are illegally shorted by tricky market makers. The question is not even were you involved, only can the company prove you were involved. You may have just had the hots for Paul and that's all. If so I would imagine you have no further reason to stay on here. Bob PS MAMX RIP
