You will find quite a few discrepancies between r1 and r2.

R2 includes preferred issues and unit trusts, while r1 does not.

For zero volume days, r1 reported the bid/ask as the low/high with the mean for the open and low. R2 carries the previous close forward for the open/high/low/close.
