I am not positive, but I believe one of the earlier SEC reports has the total outstanding and float etc, for 93-94. Doesn't really matter anyway. Tnrg was a different company back then. They were primarily into tele communications. Then the market changed and the service they had became redundant. They were basically squeezed out of the market. Te former chairman back then caused a big rukus, which has been long resolved, but that was the initial cause of the fall. One should treat 1997 like the beginning of the new TNRG.
