the quarterly window dressing theory goes along with Bonnie Bears theory of
the market being up the last of the month through the first of the month
(maybe she just doenst call it window dressing)

and Don has checked for the past year and last time he checked there was only one month that didnt do that .....maybe last march...cant remember

maybe Don can tell us next time he comes out to play and gives us his current update...
