Adaptec Orders Multiple High-Performance Valstar Test Systems From Credence FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1998--Credence Systems Corp. (NASDAQ:CMOS - news), an international leader in the manufacture of automatic test equipment (ATE) for the semiconductor industry, today announced a multiple system order for ValStar Series' VS 2000 test systems from Adaptec.
