The Mexican Government and Fomerrey, the Public Housing Authority, are reviewing the regulations currently in place regarding Title Insurance and Home Mortgage Insurance in an effort to modify them to more closely resemble those used in the US. The new regulations will enhance the ability of mortgage companies based in the US to make home loans in Mexico. The housing design will utilize affordable state of the art building products that will reduce construction time and reduce utility consumption.............." 10,000 homes is quite an ambitious development, if signed and sealed should keep them busy for a while. Once again nothing signed, but at least they are exploring many avenues to generate income. Hopeful they can sign a few of these deals and inject some life into this stock. John |
