A. S. - thanks for the detailed post. I found the part about identifying more of their developments for marketing themselves encouraging. I do wonder about the intent of the statement you posted - was it a disclosure or a prospectus, and if a prospectous was it one for potential future placements (issuing common for prefered, etc) or is it for a current offering of new stock I have not heard of before. Any answers you or other posters may have would be most appreciated. Thanks again, Scott.
