Re: 8K What is significant is that RNTK felt the news was significant enough to warrant filing an 8-K over it (see freeedgar.com for the text). This combined with the earlier report from the shareholders meeting that RNTK and TX must jointly approve each word of any press release relating to their ongoing negotiations surely indicates that we are in the home stretch.
