This is a "supply back" arrangement where DIIG takers over HP's factory and then sells product to H\P. I guess there are a lot of obvious ways to effect payback, pay as you go, etc. H\P's most important objective must be to reduce cost and hopefully get even better product than they could make for themselves. This is like the DIIG IBM Austin deal.

BTW look for a DIIG Asia deal soon too. Makes sense doesn't it to be in Asia, Europe and North America?
