Dear Jim\JRB\Alex: You only have a little information and have chosen to put your own spin on things. The 10K will answer your questions. Your informant in Cosala is very unreliable, the funds have been there since June 15. Also Ms. Perfect and Mr. Muir have sold no stock at all for the 10Q1 period. You obviously do not understand the rules for insiders and directors at all. Before you make statements like that you should read up on the rules. Your investment knowledge is very limited to perhaps Canadian\Holland stocks. Your information is in direct violation of the short swing profit rules. If a director buys stock ie: Private placement you have to wait 6 months before you can sell any stock. Before you give investment advice to shareholders or potential shareholders about any company you should educate yourself. Look up our filings at SEC.Gov.com. All our filings are up to date and current as we are a fully reporting issuer. If you would like to know who is selling just ask Mr Metals he has a full report on this chat. I think you will find your bad apple. If you continue to smoke please do not do so at the expense of other shareholders. Second hand smoke is more dangerous.
