The stock tumbled to 19 today, but popped back up to 20. It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow. The company rebutted the "Bloomberg Report", but the bottom line is they knew about this for a while and did not report it. The insiders sold not too long ago. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If I were a R&D part of a pharma company, I wouldn't touch these guys with a 10 foot pole. Fabricating data to include people in their trial is insane.
