Janybird, I have no idea why Manfred has not responded to your questions. But seeing that you may have meant them for me, I'll just say this:

In your CHALLENGE, you asked for a single FACT that Asensio said that was true. I gave you one. A BIG one. The one that has caused this stock to be where it is today. Now you ask a completely different set of questions:

Questions:

WHAT IF these statements from the company are not lies?
WHAT IF they announce an agreement with a distributor for global distributions?
What do you think will happen?

Answer me that

These questions require speculation, not facts. I don't intend to answer these because you are not asking for facts. I will make one more factual observation though.

It is now late June. As you note in your post: In April CCSI announced that it was in late-stage negotiations to reach definitive agreements for global distribution. Therefore, it has been nearly three months since CCSI made this announcement that it was in negotiations.

(never mind that I can't find the words "negotiation" or "distribution" in any of the April press releases at biz.yahoo.com maybe I'm looking in the wrong places).

Three months. Not even a letter of intent from any manufacturer or distributor, much less a contract. The China agreement was nothing. Not a distribution deal of any kind, and certainly not an agreement to manufacture the device. These are FACTS. You will have to speculate for yourself.

btw, nice response to Ridiculous Robin.

You can't really say anything of substance so you criticize the amount of posts on the SPRX thread. That's the kind of non-responsive answer that CCSI has been giving its shareholders as of late. Maybe you are Darby after all. One more thing, you tried to say SPRX's low volume means nobody is interested in the stock. Maybe not, but CCSI lost 14 percent of its value today, SPRX lost none.

I used to think you had some credibility. Now I think you have none.
