Chicago did a great job providing the thread with feedback from this morning's Annual Meeting.

I'd like to add a couple of thoughts and anybody can come back at me/us and please add your own thoughts. Just my notes subject to correction.

#1) I think Chuck first said growth would be 30% than decided (lawyers I suppose) he'd better make it 15-30% but that "he" was taking an aggressive position of 30%.

#2) 100 million PGFLEX is a very impressive number in fact it's a breath taker. I believe they did 8 million PGFlex last quarter on an estimated 5 million.

#3) He was obviously very pleased with International sales especially in Japan, China, Brazil. Europe has been tough.

#4) Price of stock has been hurt by being seen as a company that was growing 80% to a measly 30%. Pair became a value play and is now becoming a value/growth type company. (measly is my word)

As Chicago stated, PAIR says no offers on the table but would consider what is best for Shareholders, Customers and Company.

The future appears bright and the price at which you're willing to hold the stock is highly dependent on how lucky you feel. Are you willing to be the sidelines waiting for better revenue numbers and take the chance that no offer hits?

PAIR could also announce major PGFLEX contracts at any moment. They seem very confident of the 1999 100 million dollar number.

Enough from me......
