Etrade does have 4 additional servers for peak hours. email trading or customer service and complain of the slowness and they will email you the other logon sites. Make sure you bookmark them. I also bookmark
indivual areas I want to go to first such as quotes. I hit that bookmark from my homepage and go to quotes then login. It is a little faster this way.
