Glad to hear of your impressions from Sue. When I saw a drop of this magnitude in a company like PCOP, my first thoughts were either a patent suit had been brought against them or that a competitor had announced new technology that might have made PCOP methods obsolete (or perceived as such). Still do not know the reason, but with the volume involved, someone of significance sure was shaken out.
