I agree with your point of view that their preference would be to spend all but "cosmetic dough" in Boise, but a few past TXN "commitments" may prove difficult to end run (Can't you just hear the discussion with the Italian government representatives when they start hinting at a need to pull down the blinds and nail up the plywood window coverings.?). I also think the Boise invoice will be steep. How do we get Appleton aboard some of our Canadian gold plays,....he's a natural. (g) Best, Earlie
