John, WTI usually, but NY Spot will do too- they are close to the same range of gravity. So yes, we are getting back into "normal budget planning area".

But be aware that a number of companies are reviewing their cost structures so that they can eliminate costs and still be highly profitable on $12.00/bbl oil. That will take 12 months to attain IMO....
