joe--- What was meant was the short term holders would smile at a takeover for the quick bump in share price. The long term holders would be cheated out of COMS gains as they would be diluted with the merged company. I did not hear the cc but will listen Thurs or Fri. I like the recording AFTER others have given their impressions. That method allows me to close in on specifics that I might otherwise miss. The earnings were great! The company press release was also great,but some reporters are already hammering. It will take a BIG hammer to knock it down now! John
