our company," Strauch told CNBC Wednesday. "I think we're focused on
the fundamentals of our market."

The company is not 4sale at this depressed price.

But Strauch added that the telecommunications-equipment maker would be
willing to consider a combination "if the right partner came along."

For a right price.

companies by its pooling interest.
