Also, analysts must upgrade/downgrade companies in order to generate sales and commissions. I've followed different telecommunications sectors over the past 3 years and the up/down grades come with regularity, causing swings in prices that often have no correlation to 1)change in business plan, 2) earnings or any other truly objective criteria. A lot is what might happen but never seems to come about. Just my opinion. Bil
