I have been long on Cabletron for quit sometime. I really am getting frustrated seeing BAY< ASND>CSCO<and now COMS rally. While CS sits in the basement. Earnings have not met expectations. Yet competition is showing growth. This is not a good sign for CS. CS reputation has been tarnished. Even with all the recent product annoucements, aquisitions. I feel it is a little to late for CS to dig itself out of the hole they created. I was on the conference call the other day. CB stated that he was happy with the way the quater panned out. Obviously the investment community dosn't see it that way. The stock price tells that story. I really hate to be negative since I own the stock but lets not kid ourselves any longer. CS is in trouble. I hope for the sake of all the shareholders that CB dosn"t wait to much longer before considering a sale of the company. Do it while consolidation is taking place in the sector and you have some possible suitors.

Depressed CS stockholder
