Thank you very much for your insight. We could use you on the AMAT thread; seems as if the bears are trying to scare everybody away from investing in AMAT by screaming "capacity increase" each time a chipmaker announces a die shrink.

BTW, I have on more question for you. Why do we see Pentium and Pentium II's in the stores when there is a generation missing? It seems as if the Pentium Pro fell off the face of the earth and more strangely, the Pentium has had an extraordinary lifespan. To me, it does not make sense that there should be 586's side by side with 786's on store shelves. TIA

BTW2, I posted your response to the AMAT thread. It seems as if the bears have taken over there and a little truth is needed at the moment.
