"They found a 232.6 carat diamond last week and their stock is down 13% today to $1.21." I think speculative stocks will continue to underperform the market until some real attention grabbing news hits the wire regarding some verifiable great find by a mining company. Look at the state of Ashton and Pure Gold. Pure Gold announced last week it has found a large diamond in its African mine and the stock dropped from over $0.8 to $0.58. The Falc has great potential. KRT is in with well respected partners in the mining industry. However, investors are in a wait and see attitude, and like all Canadian stocks investors try to pull the stock down so they can buy more. In the end they hurt the company they are investing in and their holdings in that company suffer.
