Yes, but I think the news is good for IASCA shareholders as well. I acknowledge that this is a press release for ITKG but after reading through the IASCA's 10-k, 10-q, Press Releases and the Joint Venture Agreement Summary and all the available ITKG information, (publicly available as no SEC info is available yet so all I have is Press releases, company generated info and general research) as I'm sure you have as you are invested in both, I believe that research is shared between the two entities. Correct me if I am mistaken but if you map out the entities IAS Comm., Eclipse Manufacturing (TEAM), Emergent Technologies Corp (ETC), Integral Concepts Inc., Integral Technologies Inc. connecting them utilizing the information presented in the Joint Venture Agreement accounting for the Voting Control Percentages and the Control Person of ETC, Jack Parsons, I believe you will come to the same conclusion. (The one missing piece is the information from ITKG's side for as I said there isn't any available public information yet.) Let me know if your research yields different results.
