I did respond to Ray.
As regards to the balance of the non EMU gold there is much debate. The way we see it, the French and Germans have the required vote to make the rules. There is some dissension on this so we will have to wait. The French and Germans say ( we believe ) no selling as was made clear recently by Trichet, the head of the French central bank.
