Philip,
I have made an attempt to answer you questions as directly as possible. Please understand that at this stage, without extensive drilling, all comments, negative or positive, have to be considered as speculative.
1. IN THIS ENVIRONMENT, DECISIONS SHOULD NOT BE BASED ENTIRELY ON WHAT SHOULD OCCUR BUT ON WHAT IS HAPPENING. Whit this in mind, if they are able to drill 10 million tonnes @ 1 ct/tonne, the stock could be valued at $7. This is my attempt at answering your questions directly but should be looked at as a very preliminary and speculative comment.
2. I am unable to take a guess at minimal tonnage as this depends on many factors, including geometry and method of mining. If the dyke was at 60 - 80 degrees dip, we would need less tonnage.
3. You will not like this answer and I am not trying to avoid the questions but all I can say is that they are closer than before. If a source exists, the recent results will allow them to be more aggressive in their search.
4. DeBeers will be watching the program closely.
Sincerely, Sudhir Khanna, P.Eng. |
